OCCC’s Keith Leftwich Memorial Library was graciously gifted recently with a one million dollar cash donation from the Norwegian Philanthropist Loof Lirpa.
The donation was contingent upon the Library being renamed to the Loof Lirpa Spøk På Deg Bibliotek.
